PickPDF Team targets organizations that need a consistent editor without routing source PDFs through a general file-conversion service. Legal teams can redact and compare drafts. Finance and administration teams can fill forms, combine packets, add Bates numbers, and protect delivery copies. Staff should still follow the organization’s retention, approval, and access rules.

Separate local document work from optional network services
Core PDF opening, rendering, editing, redaction, organization, OCR, form work, and saving happen on the device. Store delivery, application updates, support messages, and optional remote AI endpoints use network services. A local Ollama or LM Studio endpoint can keep model inference inside an environment the customer controls. The DPA summary describes the planned contractual path for Team customers.
