Product evidence
Instructions and screenshots come from the working PickPDF app, not a generic PDF workflow.
PickPDF is a local-first PDF editor built and maintained by XVELOPERS. Our guides describe the current product behavior, the file changes each tool makes, and the limits users need to know before sharing a document.
The PickPDF product team checks each tool page against the current editor interface and implementation. We distinguish permanent file changes from visual overlays, explain when a feature depends on document structure, and tell readers when the result needs a manual review.

We state known limits, including font subsets, scanned text, signatures, and redaction scope.
Tool guides include an updated date so readers can judge whether the information is current.
PickPDF is developed by XVELOPERS. Product questions, corrections, and business inquiries can be sent through our contact form. Product changes and desktop downloads are published on the PickPDF releases page.
Product model
PickPDF opens, renders, changes, and saves PDF content on the user’s device. The product does not require an account for the browser editor. Installation, updates, model downloads, support messages, and a remote AI endpoint can use network services, so our documentation separates those connections from core document work.
Local processing does not remove the need for human review. PDF structure, embedded font subsets, scans, form appearances, signatures, and viewer differences can affect the output. Product guides explain those limits and give readers a check to perform before they send or archive a file.
Corrections
Interface labels and implementation details can change between releases. Send the guide URL, PickPDF version, platform, and the statement that needs review through the contact page. Do not send a confidential PDF. The product team checks the report against the current build and updates the guide when the documented behavior has changed.
XVELOPERS maintains PickPDF, this website, and the product documentation. The PDF tools catalog links to tested workflows, and the release history records published product changes.
