Refund handling for planned PickPDF paid licenses.

Merchant of Record

Paid orders are planned to be processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Refund handling must follow the checkout provider rules shown at purchase time.

Pro purchases

For individual Pro licenses, we plan a fair refund window for accidental purchases or technical failures that prevent use of the app.

Team purchases

Team purchases may be governed by a separate quote, invoice, or order form. Contact support before purchase if your organization needs custom terms.
