Refund handling for planned PickPDF paid licenses.
Merchant of Record
Paid orders are planned to be processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. The seller, payment method, taxes, currency, refund route, and controlling purchase terms appear during checkout. If a store or another approved seller processes an order, that seller’s refund process and legal obligations apply.
Pro purchases
For individual Pro licenses, PickPDF plans a fair refund path for accidental purchases and technical failures that prevent reasonable use of the purchased desktop app. The final eligibility period and exclusions will appear during checkout. Review the platform requirements and test the free browser editor before buying when it can represent the required workflow.
Team purchases
A Team purchase may use a quote, invoice, purchase order, order form, or signed agreement. That document can define cancellation, renewal, seat changes, support, service credits, and refunds. Contact the product team before purchase when the organization needs custom terms or an approval process.
Requesting help with a purchase
Use the seller or store receipt to identify the purchase channel, order number, date, product, and account email. Start the refund request through that seller’s support route when the receipt provides one. You can contact PickPDF for product and troubleshooting context, but do not send payment-card data, passwords, license secrets, or confidential PDFs.
Technical problems
Include the PickPDF version, operating system, purchase channel, and a description of the failure. Test with a non-sensitive sample PDF when the issue depends on a file. The team may suggest an update, permission change, supported workflow, or other troubleshooting step before the seller decides the refund request.
Items a seller may review
A seller may review purchase date, duplicate orders, prior refunds, license delivery, store records, chargebacks, abuse, and whether the request falls inside the terms shown at checkout. Consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain in force.
Refund timing and payment method
An approved refund returns through the payment route supported by the seller. Banks, card networks, app stores, and payment providers control the time needed for funds to appear. PickPDF cannot promise a settlement date that another provider controls.

This page describes the planned refund approach and does not replace the terms shown by the Merchant of Record, app store, quote, or Team agreement. Check those terms before purchase and keep the receipt for support and accounting records.
