Choose a version
The browser editor gives you the full PickPDF workbench without an installation. Chrome and Edge add direct entry points from the browser. The Windows, macOS, and Linux packages suit people who prefer an installed application and operating-system launchers. PickPDF processes document content on the device in each available version.
Use Chrome, Edge, or the browser editor. File handles depend on browser support and permission; other save flows download a new copy.
Install through Microsoft Store. The desktop build supports native file access, folder workflows, and app updates through the store.
Install through the Mac App Store on macOS 10.13 or later. The Mac build runs sandboxed with native file access and store updates.
Install the Snap package on a supported distribution. Snap Store provides the package details, permissions, and current release channel.
Install and update
Microsoft Store, Mac App Store, Chrome Web Store, Edge Add-ons, and Snap Store publish the current package and update information. Check the publisher and product name before installation. The browser version loads from open.pickpdf.app and does not require an account.

Files and network access
PickPDF opens and modifies PDF content in the browser or installed application. Store installation and app updates use their platform networks. Optional remote AI endpoints receive the text context you choose to send. Read the privacy policy and the local AI guide before using an external model endpoint.
